Greg, Katrina, Alison, and Isa met up with Chef Michael Smith from Food Network Canada's Chef Michael's Kitchen to give him a bottle of Kallonen Maple Farm syrup. He was on CBC radio this morning where he spoke about his new book "Back to Basics" and how he prefers to use maple syrup over corn syrup in his butter tarts because it is a far healthier option. And hey! It's Canadian!
